The list is long, but I have not practically used more than ten twelve of the below list by myself since I do not prescribe for others and I try to keep the good health.

Passion Flower (Nervine)

Pawpaw (Prairie Banana) Asimina triloba Anthelmintic, Vermifuge
Used for insecticidal purposes (killing lice, worms).

Pennyroyal Mentha Pulegium Diaphoretic, Sudorific, Herb (Stimulant)
Useful for female complaints. For cooling the blood of the stomach.

Peppermint Mentha × Piperita Herb (Stimulant)
The oil have benefits for individuals with irritable bowel syndrome.

Pilewort (fireweed) Erechtites hieracifolia Herb (Strong-Astringent)
As its name suggests, for the treatment of piles. Often used with Witch Hazel. Its common name is Lesser Celandine, though it has no relation to the Greater Celandine.

Pimpernel hb. Refrigerant

Pipsissewa Ivs (Alterative)

Plantain Musa Ivs (Vulnerary)
A cooling herb. Fresh leaves can be used as a relief from insect bites, if applied at once. Used a lot with other herbs for blood medicines.

Pleurisy Root (Diaphoretic, Expectoranttimulant)

Poke Root (Alterative)

Pokeweed Phytolacca (genus)
Used as a homeopathic remedy to treat many ailments. It can be applied topically or taken internally. Topical treatments have been used for acne and other ailments. It is used to treatment tonsilitis, swollen glands and weight loss.

Pomegranate (Delum) Punica granatum Rind, Bark or Root (Anthelmintic)
The juice have antiviral and antibacterial effects against dental plaque. Leaves (tips) when simmered in water can relieve eye irritation, eye infection, also as a coolent for eyes. Consumption of pomegranates or juice negates harmful effects of prolonged exposure to EM radiation from computers, cell phones.

Pot Marigold Calendula (genus)
Ointment cures many skin problems from burns to acne. reduces inflammation, controls bleeding and soothes irritated tissue. Use externally or topically for minor wounds, eczemas and cysts as well as diaper rash and cradle cap in infants. Speeds wound healing. Chamomile helps prevent rashes caused by radiation therapy.

Potentilla hb. Strong-Astringent

Prickly Ash Bark (Alterative, Diaphoretic, Stimulant)
