Herb Simples
Herb Simples are the simplest and safest way to start in Herbology. Anyone can brew a Herb Simple. It is simple than a Herbal Tea. Simples are made with one single plant, (most probably a single part) and taken as a tea.

Lungwort Pulmonaria (genus) (longifolia)
For coughs and all chest affections.

This is another remedy that should be in every home. As an ointment it will cure many skin troubles; as a tincture it is far better than iodine to hasten the healing process. The flowers and leaves can be used in salads.
